A little girl named Francesca is celebrating her 4th birthday this weekend and her one wish (of many) is to have a farm-themed dessert for her party. Baby wants, baby gets. Because I’ve never been known to let a kid down, with the exception of forgetting to pick up my niece from school, I’m baking her a farm-full of cupcakes. Lucky for her, rolling around in a hay-full of sweets happens to be my area of expertise. Wait, what? *back-peddle* <Enter farm animal cupcakes in a makeshift barn> E-I-E-I-O!
